Partners For A Better Life At Home
Our vision is to create a better everyday life for the many people. That includes people we work with in our supply chain. We look for local partners who share our values and are a good match for our growth ambition. As we grow our retail business in Philippines, our partners grow too!

WHO IS BEHIND IKEA PHILIPPINES?
Around the globe, a large number of companies operate under the IKEA trademarks. The IKEA vision is shared by all of us. Inter IKEA Systems B.V., based in Netherlands, is the worldwide IKEA franchisor and owner the IKEA Concept. IKEA stores are owned and operated by eleven independent franchisees. IKEA Philippines is part of IKEA Southeast Asia, the company that owns and operates IKEA stores in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand. We offer millions of people in the region access to well-designed, functional home furnishing products at affordable prices. We also develop, own and operate Ikano shopping centres anchored by IKEA, and create vibrant destinations by investing in residential, office and other types of real estate. Our multinational team has projects in the pipeline and an ambition to double our business in the coming years. Bringing IKEA into new markets such as the Philippines is a key part of that ambition. We are part of the Ikano Group and the only IKEA franchisee owned by the Kamprad family that founded IKEA.

IKEA Southeast Asia 2017 Annual Report
We opened the world’s first IKEA store to be fully integrated with a shopping centre in Thailand, started up ecommerce in Malaysia, launched Singapore’s first commercial solar cooling system and, in the Philippines, got started on what will be the largest IKEA store in the world – thanks to a supersized warehouse and call centre that will support ecommerce. At the same time, we grew visitation to our Ikano Centres by 20% with an extension and rebuild, exclusive new tenants and award-winning marketing campaigns.
Our team did a lot last year to create a better everyday life for the many people in Southeast Asia. In our 2018 Annual report, we share stories behind that journey with co-workers, business partners, media friends and of course, Our valued customers.
